You can send us an e-mail by clicking the e-mail button in the card description or you can fill out the enquiry form by clicking add to enquiry and then fill out the form  and submit enquiry. You do not need to be a registered user to do so.

If you wish to fast forward the process and you check out by pay pal please just tell us if you have used a different e-mail address.If you prefer to pay by credit or debit card please tell us in your e-mail.

Once we send you your proof you can check and verify the contents for spelling and accuracy. We would be happy to alter until you are happy so your card is unique just for you !

Once you confirm we can send to print no further alterations are possible thereafter without surcharge.

Please check out either by paypal or if you wish to pay by credit debit card just e-mail us using the e-mail button in the item description and we will confirm your order and provide you a link to access our credit / debit card online checkout. Please remember to tell us the personalisation you require - check the spelling for accuracy. What you provide is what we will print.

If it is one of the albums requiring a photo please e-mail us your photo as a jpeg attachment and ensure it is a clear, crisp good quality image.

Special requests will always be considered as will urgent orders.

Please look at the item decsription as all magazine covers and photo gifts will tell you what type of photo is best suited. If you have any doubts or questions please do just e-mail us. You will see an e-mail button that you can click to ask a question or to order. Payment is required before work will commence on these items but we will happily answer any questions you may have first.

Our team has expanded due to increasing our product range and as all of our products are bespoke they all require careful attention to detail. Therefore we do ask you to contact us by e-mail first as our phone can be very busy.

If it is cards, you will receive a proof within a few hours, guaranteed within 24 hours. All of our cards are bespoke and not mass produced templates as we always look at the volume of text and the photo and decide what layout works best. So be assured you will receive a card designed just for you.

Once confirmed the print run can vary and you will be advised. Standard cards have less design process so can within 4 days, the luxury cards are more complex and have gloss finish option and this can take a week, but sometimes less. Faster options can be available at a surcharge.

Personalised products such as the photo gifts, magazine covers, enchanted dream images. These are more complex, please allow (after payment) a few days at least for proofs to be drafted and e-mailed to you. Alterations may be quicker but first draft can take that. Urgent orders considered. Once you are happy with your proof dispatch is within a couple of days as it then must be printed.
