I’ve seen a card I like but I want to alter it – is that ok ?
Yes that’s no problem at all. In fact that’s what makes our products so special we customise any card to suit your exact needs. Colour, graphics, text, design, layout and even photo inclusion. We will adjust and re-design any card to ensure you have a unique card for your special day.
Proofs
It is your responsibility to check all proof cards for content and spelling. If you confirm an order which later proves to have mistakes re-prints will carry a surcharge ! Please check and verify all details and spelling as accurate.Proofs will be provided for cards prior to payment, however items such as , magazine covers, illustrated names etc do not provide proof until payment received. Your finished product will be as shown with your personalisation (and photo where appropriate).
Can I have matching Thank You cards and RSVP cards ?
Yes you can. We can create matching cards or if you do not want them exactly the same no problem. Simply tell us what you want and we will come up with suitable designs.
How long will my cards take ?
Proofs are usually e-mailed to you within 24 hours. Once you confirm your order cards are processed in 7 working days - or more if detailed by card description. However often cards can be quicker, but not guaranteed.. Payment is required before cards are released. A 5 working day service is available at a surcharge express service . Our standard range cards can be processed in 3-4 days for you - we will undertake urgent requests and process them quicker where possible.
What is included in the price ?

All design alterations – we will adjust the layout of the design to accommodate virtually any text you require. Headers can be changed to suit your needs so if you wish a new title across the card then simply say. We have thousands of graphics on file that we can accommodate most requests and capture something to make every card unique for you.
We will digitally scan photos if you decide to post them to us and touch them up where possible. We will adjust the lighting to its optimum effect and do our best to enhance your photo. Remember the better the photo you provide the more exquisite the end result.
All of this takes a considerable amount of time and this is what proves we custom design every card for each individual client. Because of this we do restrict the number of orders at any one time so we can ensure attention to detail and allow plenty time for each design. You will receive a very personal service to ensure we create the card you want !

Will I get a proof card?
YES you can have unlimited free EMAIL proofs and we will alter them as many times as necessary.
Credit Notes / Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are available and credit notes should they be given are available to use 12 months from issue. Thereafter they will expire.

Prices are displayed by most cards but if this is too much for you e-mail us and tell us what your budget is either per card or overall and we can help design something that may help with your special occasion. We will do our best for you!
Postage Options
All of our products are posted 1st class recorded unless stated otherwise. If too heavy for this a price will be quoted at time of ordering. Should you wish the slower postage of 2nd class recorded please do let us know.
Once dispatched if items do go astray we will help in anyway possible to track them for you and get you your parcel as fast as possible. However please be aware that the fault is not ours if we dispatch in a timely fashion. We will however always help you retrieve and gain a speedy resolve to any situation.
