Transform any photo into a magical image . We can create a fairytale portrait and all you need to do is supply a photo of your child. These are not mass produced templates but actual portraits created with your child in a magical setting. A proof is created before print for you to view. You can have prints, enlarge onto canvas or even use on cards.

 

Brand new designs by our new specialist designer Victoria Dixon . This talented lady manages to create magical images and takes children out of your photos and creates a new image of them in an enchanted dream land. The skill involved is tremendous so please allow a week for proofs to be created as considerable time is involved in the design process.

 

The cost of a design for a magical fairy tale picture is :

 Upgrade to canvas instead of photo prints.  Artwork is carefully up scaled to ensure the print is excellent showing off all the details to their optimum. We have some gorgeous canvas prints and members of staff have ordered them for their own children so we can vouch for the beauty of these canvas prints.

Other options are you can ask us to print your designs onto cards and we will custom design a card to suit your occasion using your unique enchanted image graphic. We can cost this for you at any time and a reduced rate is charged for your cards.

Q: What size of photos should I send you?

A: The bigger, the better! Do not resize, compress, or crop your photos prior to sending them. Please where possible choose high resolution photos. (Resolution is the digital size of the photo.) The higher the resolution, the better the quality your prints will be. We will contact you to let you know If you send photos that are too small.

If you are scanning your photos, please set your scanner’s resolution to 300dpi (dots per inch). Save them as JPEG’s at the lowest compression ratio i.e. at ‘best’ quality.

The files size should be at least 200kbs .

Q: What format should my photos be?

A: You will need to send photos in JPG, BMP, or GIF format. If they are not in these formats we may not be able to open them.

Q: When do I pay?

A: The ordering process involves submitting your enquiry, we will contact you with a quote and to discuss what you want and we will then send you an invoice via our online payment invoice.  Following your payment we will begin work on your order and aim to contact you again within a week with your proofs. Upon approval of the proofs we will then print your design either in the standard size photo or in the upgrades we offer on payment of balance.

CANVAS PRINT DETAILS

We believe in making the joy of a canvas print available to everyone. We have canvas specialists available to print your image ensuring the best quality of print and technical knowledge is at your disposal. As with all of our products we have designers who specialise in their fields rather than generic positions. In this way we can ensure the quality of your final product lives up to our high expectations so we can ensure that it meets yours too !

Whatever you decide to print, it may be your favourite photo or may be an enchanted dream image, but whatever you choose we have options available to you, to ensure that you obtain a memory that lasts a lifetime at a cost that you can afford.

With this in mind our canvas specialists have provided you with the following options:

Standard, with hanging wire fitted.

The canvas is created using wooden 38mm depth stretcher bars. The printed canvas is presented upon 320g weight canvas. Each canvas is hand stretched over the stretcher bars, stapled at the rear, and canvas tensioning wedges fitted. Each canvas is also presented  ready to hang.

 

Standard, with hanging wire fitted, one coat of varnish, and taped at the rear.

In addition to the Standard option above, a coat of protective acrylic varnish is applied to the canvas to provide for a barrier against dirt and scratches, and the back of the canvas is finished neatly with artists tap e.

 

Premium with full finish.

The canvas is created using  44mm depth gallery quality anti warp stretcher bars, with the printed canvas presented upon 415g weight canvas. Each canvas is hand stretched over the stretcher bars, stapled at the rear, with canvas tensioning wedges fitted, and also finished neatly with artists tap e. Each canvas is presented to the customer ready to hang. Two coats of protective acrylic varnish are also applied to the canvas to provide for an added barrier against dirt and scratches. A premium finish which will last a lifetime.

We dispatch your canvas by courier to ensure optimum protection and peace of mind.

Packaging & Delivery

Each finished canvas is bubble wrapped and fully enclosed within a sturdy cardboard box for delivery direct to the customer via our distribution company. The cost for delivery is £8 for central Scotland and £12 for the rest of the UK mainland.
