We provide this as a guide only, each child is individual, so please check the childs wrist measurement prior to ordering if you are unsure.

Dispatch Times & Postage Details
Please remember our jewellery is all handmade to individual requirements, thus delivery may be up to 7 days. However if you have an urgent order, if stock is available we will try and have an item dispatched within the next day or two (Urgent orders only please) this must be pre agreed prior to order.
Postage Option - can be chosen when adding item to cart along with colour etc.
This is an important choice as these bracelets are valuable and we wish you to receive them safely. Therefore we have 2 options but please ensure you read the details below first.
Recorded Delivery - this is covered by our standard delivery charge for something of this value. Applied automatically at checkout. Signature required on delivery.

Special delivery an additional £2.50 will be applied at checkout to cover this. Signature required on delivery !

(no compensation or replacement can be offered if an item goes missing using the recorded delivery option)
Therefore if you are worried about items going astray in the post please CHOOSE SPECIAL DELIVERY.
This is guaranteed arrival next postal day and is insured, recorded delivery if there is a loss royal mail will only compensate a small amount and probably not cover the value of your bracelet).
We will always email you the tracking number for each order the day it is dispatched
Returns / Spelling Errors
As each bracelet is handmade to order we will not accept any returns, each item is thoroughly checked prior to dispatch to ensure it is perfect when it leaves us.
We have in the past had customers spell a name incorrectly, in that case once dispatched we charge £15.00 plus postage to re-string and correct an error on there part.
