I’ve seen a card I like but I want to alter it – is that ok ?

Yes that’s no problem at all. In fact that’s what makes our products so special we customise any card to suit your exact needs. Colour, graphics, text, design, layout and even photo inclusion. We will adjust and re-design any card to ensure you have a unique card for your special day.

Proofs

It is your responsibility to check all proof cards for content and spelling. If you confirm an order which later proves to have mistakes re-prints will carry a surcharge ! Please check and verify all details and spelling as accurate.

Can I have matching Thank You cards and RSVP cards ?

Yes you can. We can create matching cards or if you do not want them exactly the same no problem. Simply tell us what you want and we will come up with suitable designs.

How long will my cards take ?

Proofs are usually e-mailed to you within 24 hours. Once you confirm your order cards are processed in 2-3 working days. Payment is required before cards are released. An express 48hour service is available at a surcharge. Cards printed on day one and posted on day 2.

What is included in the price ?

All design alterations – we will adjust the layout of the design to accommodate virtually any text you require. Headers can be changed to suit your needs so if you wish a new title across the card then simply say. We have thousands of graphics on file that we can accommodate most requests and capture something to make every card unique for you.

We will digitally scan photos if you decide to post them to us and touch them up where possible. We will adjust the lighting to its optimum effect and do our best to enhance your photo. Remember the better the photo you provide the more exquisite the end result.

All of this takes a considerable amount of time and this is what proves we custom design every card for each individual client. Because of this we do restrict the number of orders at any one time so we can ensure attention to detail and allow plenty time for each design. You will receive a very personal service to ensure we create the card you want !

Will I get a proof card?

YES you can have unlimited free EMAIL proofs and we will alter them as many times as necessary. If you wish a proof card posted to you this costs £1 which will be subtracted off your order if you choose to proceed. This is simply due to the length of time it takes tocustomise every new card designed and then the time it takes to set up a print run.

Is their postage options ?

Yes we believe you should have a choice of postage options. Please do see our delivery table below.

Special delivery   - guaranteed to arrive next postal day by lunchtime. Security tracked and insured. UK only.
1st class recorded delivery - posted by 1st class, recorded delivery by Royal Mail. Requires signature on arrival. UK only.
2nd class recorded delivery - as above but 2nd class postage. UK only.
